Our recent stay at this hotel was luxurious and exclusive. the service was outstanding and our Spa experience was unforgettable. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and Jacuzzi were all wonderful amenities to relax and de-stress. the massage, beauty treatments, and Spa lounge were top notch. the Sun terrace with its sun loungers provided a relaxing and comfortable environment to enjoy the idyllic garden area. the entertainment was great, and the beautiful Beachfront location provided easy access to the beach, where we could unwind under the beach umbrellas and enjoy delicious snacks from the Snack bar.
The only minor issue we experienced was the BBQ facilities were not available during our stay.
However, the restaurant was exceptional with in-room breakfast, Special diet menus, and dinner included, all in private facilities for our exclusive use.

Our stay at this luxurious hotel was exceptional and fulfilled all our exclusive amenities needs. the attentive and polite staff, especially at the Spa and Health club, provided excellent service. the Swimming pool and outdoor jacuzzi were pristine and well maintained. the Garden area provided a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the restaurant and bar provided delicious meals along with in-room breakfast and private dining options.
The only minor issue we encountered was the limited beach access due to the roughness of the water.
However, the hotel made up for this with its serene and beautiful garden area.

Had a great Thanksgiving at a luxury Mexican beach resort. Loved the festive atmosphere and traditional turkey dinner. The location is fantastic with stunning views and easy beach access. The complementary drinks and snacks were a nice touch and the spa facilities were top-notch. The staff were friendly and accommodating making the trip a memorable experience.
While the restaurants offered a variety of cuisines, the food wasn't as good as expected.
The waiting staff were slow and a bit disorganized.

Active staff, lovely communication, PHENOMENAL location. The room was cozy and budget, very good value for money. I liked that the hotel was 15 minutes drive from the airport. It was superb time in Nuevo Vallarta.

we found the resort very great and very clean. really enjoyed the king size bed. the pool and its area are lovely. it is set right oof the highway. we found nice hacienda mama nena nearby with hot beverages.
